Hoodoo Outdoors, LLC., is committed to providing high-quality products. Our limited warranties apply only to the original retail purchaser (“Consumer”) and are non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required to make any warranty claim.
Warranty Coverage
- 5-Year Limited Kayak Warranty
- 5-Year Limited Cooler Warranty
- 2-Year Limited Pedal Drive Warranty
- 1-Year Limited Kai SUP Warranty
- 90-Day Gear/Accessories/Parts Warranty
This warranty covers material or manufacturing defects from the original date of purchase.
Warranty Registration (Kayaks Only)
To activate the kayak warranty, the product must be registered within 60 days of receipt of shipment, local pickup, or purchase from an authorized dealer. Failure to register within this timeframe will void the warranty.

What’s Not Covered Under Warranty?
The following exclusions apply to all Hoodoo Sports products:
- Normal Wear and Tear
- Abrasions, chipping, fading, or aging of the product.
- Improper Use or Handling
- Excessive exposure to sunlight.
- Dragging over rough surfaces or sharp objects.
- Being towed by another vessel.
- Improper Storage, Maintenance, or Care
- Damage caused by failure to follow recommended care guidelines.
- Environmental or Weather-Related Damage
- Heat, extreme weather, or environmental conditions.
- Unauthorized Alterations or Repairs
- Structural modifications or unauthorized repairs void the warranty.
- Use Outside of Intended Purpose
- Products used for rental or commercial purposes.
- Non-customary activities (e.g., rolling or flipping).
- Specific Kayak Restrictions
- Scupper carts, staging poles, or other objects placed in scupper holes.
- Cosmetic Defects
- Variations in color, pitting, or other cosmetic imperfections.
This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product under warranty.
Filing a Warranty Claim
To file a claim, contact our support team at customerservice@hoodoosports.com with the following information:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- Product details, including serial number (if applicable).
- Description of the defect, along with photos or videos.
Claims will be evaluated, and if approved, Hoodoo Sports will repair or replace the defective product at its discretion. Shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
